Terms of Service

These Terms describe the rules for using iDateHabesha. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. They are written in plain language and are not legal advice.

Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use iDateHabesha.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your country.
• One person, one account. Accounts are personal and not transferable.

Your account

• Provide accurate and truthful information about yourself, including your real name, age, photos, and background.
• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Notify us right away at support@idatehabesha.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree to use iDateHabesha with respect for other members. You will not:

• harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate anyone;
• use hate speech, slurs, or discriminate based on ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability;
• run scams, request money, advertise, or solicit business;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your age, identity, or photos;
• post explicit, violent, illegal, or otherwise harmful content;
• contact minors or use the app on behalf of someone under 18;
• attempt to bypass safety, moderation, or rate-limit systems.

Your content

You keep ownership of the profile information, photos, messages, and voice messages you upload. You grant iDateHabesha a limited license to host, display, and deliver that content as needed to operate the service. You are responsible for the content you share and for making sure you have the right to share it.

Matches and messages

Matches, messages, and calls happen directly between members. iDateHabesha does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the conduct of any member. Use good judgment, and use the safety tools we provide.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines, including for harassment, scams, hate speech, illegal content, or unsafe behavior. Serious violations can result in immediate permanent removal.

Service availability

We work hard to keep iDateHabesha reliable, but the service is provided as-is. Features can change, and the service can be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

Deactivation and deletion

You can pause your profile or request account deletion at any time from the Delete Account page. Some data may be retained for a limited time to comply with legal obligations or to protect the safety of other members.
