Refund Policy

__

1. What you are buying

iDateHabesha sells coins, a closed-loop virtual currency used inside the app to send virtual gifts. Coins are a digital product delivered immediately to your in-app wallet once payment is confirmed.

2. General rule

Because coins are delivered instantly and can be spent immediately, all coin purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law in your country or by the rules of the app store or payment provider used for the purchase.

3. Where the law gives you a refund right

Some countries give consumers a statutory withdrawal or cooling-off right for digital purchases. Nothing in this policy removes a right you have by law. If such a right applies to you, contact us and we will handle your request under that law.

4. Duplicate, failed, or unauthorised charges

Purchases made inside the iOS app are billed by Apple. Apple, not iDateHabesha, issues refunds for those purchases: request one at https://reportaproblem.apple.com or through Apple Support. iDateHabesha cannot issue, approve, or reverse an Apple refund.

For purchases made on the web with a card, contact support@idatehabesha.com with the date, the amount, and the last four digits of the card only — never send full card details. Confirmed duplicate or failed web charges are refunded in full.

5. Effect of a refund

When a purchase is refunded or a payment is disputed, the matching number of coins is reversed from your wallet. If those coins were already spent, your balance may go negative and further spending is disabled until the balance is corrected. Gifts already sent are not withdrawn from the recipient.

6. Spent coins and sent gifts

Coins that have been spent, and gifts that have been sent and delivered, cannot be refunded or reversed on request.

7. Account closure

Closing your account, or having it suspended or terminated for a breach of the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, does not entitle you to a refund of unused coins.

8. How to request a refund

For an App Store purchase, request the refund from Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com or through Apple Support — iDateHabesha cannot issue Apple refunds. For a web purchase, email support@idatehabesha.com from the address on your account with the purchase date, the amount, the last four digits of the card, and a short description. Never include full card details.
